Anapana Meditation works with the observation of the breath to focus the mind. It is an important prerequisite for Vipassana Meditation. Anyone interested in Vipassana Meditation but who for any reason is currenly unable to attend a 10-day course can start their training by practising Anapana. Note: Participants who attend Mini Anapana sessions will not be considered as "Old Students" in this tradition. They can not participate in any programs designated as "For Old Students only".
